The club's members come from three categories. Every member pays monthly dues, and can also sign up for a locker, catering or coaching, which are added to the monthly bill.

Long-standing members from outside the Railways
Private members are the club's long-standing members who continue their association year after year. They pay a monthly membership subscription, with lockers, catering and coaching charged separately.

Railway officers and Railway staff
Membership is open to serving Railway personnel in two groups, Railway Officers and Railway Staff, with a nominal monthly subscription. Lockers and other facilities are available on request.

One-year membership, open in batches
Tenure membership is a one-year membership for new private members. New members join in batches (recent batches started in October and January), and membership can be renewed when the year ends.
Facilities for members
Railway Golf Club welcomes new members from the Railway community and golf lovers from across Hyderabad. The club office handles membership applications and the Managing Committee approves them. Contact the Club Secretary to know about eligibility, fees and the next tenure batch.
